The Nucasa Milling Company also offers Composite molding; a combination of wood molding and a wood pulp material. The pulp material is applied to a solid wood moulding. It creates an intricate design with the appearance of hand-carved wood at a fraction of the cost. Composite moulding will accept stain and paint, as well as gold leafing and faux finishing. A further advantage of composite moulding is that multiple patterns can be combined for a custom look. Ideal for millwork and design professionals, composite moulding is available in long lengths and is easily installed with conventional wood-working tools.
